
cPanel is currently looking for driven individuals to be part of our technical support team.
Qualifications:
* US work eligibility
* Familiarity with rpm based *nix distributions (RedHat, Fedora, CentOS, etc)
* Familiarity with ports based Operating Systems (FreeBSD)
* Configuration and troubleshooting of:
o Apache
o BIND
o Exim
o MySQL
o OpenSSL
o PostgreSQL
o PureFTPd
** Bi-Lingual (English, Spanish) Required
Special consideration will be given to candidates with the following skills:
* Configuration and troubleshooting of:
o cPanel
o WHM
* Customer service experience
* WebHosting experience
Job Duties:
* Answering customer questions / requests through our ticketing and phone systems
* Troubleshooting software issues and providing solutions
* Documenting repeated issues
* Coordinating with management and other departments to share knowledge
